Primary Activities 

I believe in the power of faith to transform and empower lives! 

My latest venture epitomizes the fusion of holistic wellness and fitness; stemming from a Christian ethos and stretching to a level of universal outreach. 

I refer to this venture as "Somaway" (divine discipline), yet others may simply view it as a way of discipline. 

The venture embarks with faith-based Somatic Movement Exercise education and training; comprised of, but not limited to, Dance (ballet, contemporary dance), Yoga (praryer/meditation, body postures, breathwork and culinary advise), Foundation Training and other supportive contemporary Fitness modalities. 

My approach to somatics may be considered unique, in contrast to other techniques and systems, in that it equally embraces and supports spiritual feelings, as an integral part of the overall somatic experience. 

My method reflects in and fosters a Christian (Judeo-Christian) perspective, in pursuit of assisting other people discover and maintain a balance between physical sensation and cognitive and emotional intelligence. 

Additionally, I may be available as a Culinary Consultant 

I am presently enrolled in a 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher training program, which may take up to several months to complete. After the completion of the training, it is my intention to further solidify my private professional practice, however, in general, services will generally be comprised of a unique blending of Somatic Movement Exercise 

In November of 2024, I completed a Mentor Essentials Training; a live eight-hour training instructed at Rogue Valley Mentoring (RVM), located in Medford, Oregon. 

"The strength-based communication model further equips me to Mentor to youths between the ages of 9 and 24. RVM serves youths in Jackson County, Oregon. As a mentor, I underwent; fingerprinting and a background check and I will receive ongoing professional support through monthly reports and support meetings with a Mentor Support Specialist, a retired therapist, coaches and supports mentors as needed, giving them continued tools to meet youth where they are.
