The venture embarks with Somatic Movement Exercise education and training; comprised of three primary services

Dance Fusion, Yoga, Cooking Classes 

My approach to somatics may be considered unique, in contrast to other techniques and systems, in that it equally embraces and supports spiritual feelings, as an integral part of the overall somatic experience. 

My method reflects in and fosters a faith-based Christian perspective, in pursuit of helping others discover and maintain a balance of spirituality, physicality and cognitive and emotional intelligence.

Dance Fusion 

Created and developed by Golden, dance fusion explores conscious dance and related movement from an authentic and improvisational stand point. Lessons are generally instructor led and movements may stem from a variety of dance forms, such as world dance, ballet, jazz, modern and lyrical dance

Yoga 

Created and developed by Golden, Somaway yoga explores the modern use of adaptive Yoga and utilizes prayer/meditation, asanas, breathwork and Foundation Training. 

I am presently enrolled in a 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher training program through Aura Wellness Center. In general, services will generally be comprised of a unique blending of Somatic Movement Exercise (Yoga, Dance Fusion). 

Cooking Classes 

Cooking classes are individually customized. Classes are available to Seniors, Adults and Children. Many types of food preparation techniques and methods may be available. If you are looking to learn how to prepare foods according to a doctor recommended diet, please do not hesitate to request this type of class. I am also available for special event and in home cooking and kitchen reorganizations 

In November of 2024, I completed a Mentor Essentials Training; a live eight-hour training instructed at Rogue Valley Mentoring (RVM), located in Medford, Oregon. 

"The strength-based communication model further equips me to Mentor to youths between the ages of 9 and 24. RVM serves youths in Jackson County, Oregon. As a mentor, I underwent; fingerprinting and a background check and I will receive ongoing professional support through monthly reports and support meetings with a Mentor Support Specialist, a retired therapist, coaches and supports mentors as needed, giving them continued tools to meet youth where they are.
